ARTISIA, the world’s first and only 3D-printed pasta, presents the exhibition Edible Reveries , designed by Studio Yellowdot. A fusion of Italian cuisine, design, and innovation, where tasting a piece of pasta becomes a multisensory experience. Savor hand-crafted algorithmic finger foods, relax on seats inspired by oversized pasta shapes, and immerse yourself in new rituals of conviviality—a serene oasis amid the design week frenzy, inviting reflection and daydreams, one bite at a time. Chef Beatrice Guzzi offers free daily tastings (4–7 PM, by reservation at Artisia.com) featuring gourmet recipes with 3D Spaghetti—single, meticulously intertwined strands forming miniature edible sculptures—paired with non-alcoholic aperitifs by Cantina Pizzolato. At the crossroads of digital craftsmanship and food design, ARTISIA’s creations are hand-kneaded from semolina and water, 3D-printed, and transformed into delicate micro-architectures. With Edible Reveries , Barilla celebrates Italy’s favorite ingredient while reimagining its creative potential through design.
