Next Place Brera starts from a simple premise: much of today’s design is useless. More image than substance. More storytelling than project. This is where things get back to what matters. In the heart of Brera, every element moves beyond pure representation. Not objects to be observed, but parts of real projects: spaces designed for hotels, branded residences, and hybrid environments where design, architecture, and investment converge. The pieces carry a strong, radical presence, close to the language of collectible design. Yet they are not one-offs. They are conceived to be developed, adapted, and produced, while preserving their identity. Materials and craftsmanship play a central role: resin glass, raw carbon fiber, hand-finished surfaces, and advanced production techniques coexist in a balance between experimentation and application. Functional elements such as kitchens, furnishings, and surfaces take on an almost sculptural dimension without losing their purpose. Thanks to the US-based project partner TerraLuxe, specialized in procurement and bespoke, this vision can be translated into real projects, deliverable across residential and hospitality developments worldwide. Next Place Brera is not an exhibition. It is a space where aesthetics and reality meet, and where design becomes part of the project again.
