Three works by Carsten Höller will be on display.With the participation of Nicolas Ballario – art critic, journalist, and curator – will guide guests in interpreting the works of Carsten Höller and their artistic imagery Stefania Bonan – analytical chemist and independent researcher – will offer a scientific perspective on the ingredients and their perceptual and sensory effects The experience A table-served dinner , structured in multiple courses, where each dish engages in dialogue with a work by Höller through ingredients selected for their evocative power: relaxing, psychedelic, delirious, stimulating.
